הוראות מחיקת נתונים

הדף הזה מיועד לבעלי עסקים שחשבון האינסטגרם או דף הפייסבוק שלהם חובר ל-SL Digital Media, ולכל מי שרוצה שנמחק מידע ששמרנו עליו. פרטים על מה נשמר: מדיניות הפרטיות.

1. ניתוק חשבון Meta מתוך SL

הסוכנות שמנהלת את החשבון שלכם יכולה לנתק אותו בכל רגע: בדף הלקוח, בכרטיס "חשבונות", לחיצה על "נתק" ליד החשבון. ברגע הניתוק אסימוני הגישה נמחקים, ו-SL לא יכולה יותר לפרסם בשם החשבון או לקרוא את הנתונים שלו. רשומת החיבור נשמרת בארכיון הסוכנות (שם משתמש ותאריכים בלבד, בלי אסימונים) ונמחקת עם סגירת חשבון הסוכנות או לפי בקשה.

2. הסרת SL מהגדרות פייסבוק או אינסטגרם

אפשר לבטל את הגישה גם מהצד של Meta. כשעושים את זה, Meta שולחת ל-SL בקשת מחיקה אוטומטית, ו-SL מוחקת את אסימוני הגישה ומסמנת את החיבור כמנותק.

בסיום ההסרה Meta מציגה קוד אישור וקישור למעקב. הקישור מוביל לדף מצב בכתובת https://sl-digital-media-app.web.app/meta/deletion/<קוד>, שמראה אם הבקשה טופלה.

3. מחיקת מידע אחר

כדי שנמחק מידע נוסף, למשל את הפרטים שלכם כלקוח של סוכנות, את חשבון הפורטל שלכם או דיווח ששלחתם, פנו אלינו: WhatsApp 054-9572799 או בדוא״ל [כתובת דוא״ל לפניות פרטיות]. ציינו את שם העסק ואת החשבון שמדובר בו. נאשר את המחיקה בתוך 30 יום. שימו לב שהסוכנות שמנהלת אתכם היא שמחזיקה בתוכן ובקבצים שהיא יצרה עבורכם; נפנה אותה לבקשתכם במקרה הצורך.

4. סגירת חשבון סוכנות

סגירת חשבון סוכנות ב-SL מוחקת את כל הנתונים של הסוכנות ושל לקוחותיה: לקוחות, תוכן, קבצים, שעות, חשבוניות, חיבורי Meta ואסימוני הגישה שלהם, ודפי הלינק-בביו. הפעולה אינה הפיכה.

Data Deletion Instructions

This page is for business owners whose Instagram account or Facebook Page is connected to SL Digital Media, and for anyone who wants data we hold about them deleted. What we keep is described in the privacy policy.

1. Disconnect a Meta account inside SL

The agency that manages your account can disconnect it at any time: on the client page, in the "Accounts" card, click "Disconnect" next to the account. The access tokens are deleted the moment it is disconnected, and SL can no longer publish on behalf of the account or read its data. The connection record stays in the agency's archive (username and dates only, no tokens) and is deleted when the agency account is closed or on request.

2. Remove SL from your Facebook or Instagram settings

You can also revoke access from Meta's side. When you do, Meta sends SL an automatic deletion request, and SL deletes the access tokens and marks the connection as disconnected.

When the removal completes, Meta shows a confirmation code and a tracking link. The link opens a status page at https://sl-digital-media-app.web.app/meta/deletion/<code> that shows whether the request has been handled.

3. Deleting other data

To have other data deleted, for example your details as an agency's client, your portal account or a report you sent, contact us: WhatsApp +972-54-957-2799 or email [privacy email address]. Tell us the business name and the account concerned. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days. Note that the agency managing you holds the content and files it created for you; we will refer them your request where needed.

4. Closing an agency account

Closing an agency account in SL deletes all of the agency's and its clients' data: clients, content, files, hours, invoices, Meta connections and their access tokens, and link-in-bio pages. This cannot be undone.
